Is the problem the schedule or the stream?
Open a channel that normally works and compare its video with the schedule beside it. Write down whether the channel plays, whether its program names appear and whether those names match the current program. An empty schedule does not by itself mean your subscription has expired.
Player menus and guide support vary. These are diagnostic checks, not instructions for a specific app version. Do not replace account or guide addresses with URLs found in a public comment.
| What you see | What to check next |
|---|---|
| Video works; every schedule is empty | Guide refresh and the account’s supplied guide setup |
| Only some channel schedules are missing | Affected channel names and guide coverage |
| Listings exist but times are shifted | Device timezone and player guide offset |
| Video and guide both fail | Connection, login and account status |
| Past programs cannot be played | Whether catch-up is supported for that specific channel |
When guide listings are missing
Guide coverage can differ between channels. A channel entry in the published lineup does not promise complete schedule data. Send support examples instead of deleting your playlist or reinstalling the app; those actions can remove settings without correcting missing source data.
- Confirm the device is online and the account opens in the intended player.
- Use the player’s guide refresh option if it has one. Allow that refresh to finish before repeating it.
- Check whether all channels or only a few lack listings. Record exact channel names, including regional variants.
- If your activation message includes separate guide settings, compare those settings privately. Otherwise ask support whether your setup needs them.
When program times are wrong in the USA
Start with the date, time and timezone on the viewing device. Use your actual location’s timezone rather than choosing an offset just because it makes one listing look correct. US locations do not all follow the same daylight-saving rules.
Next check whether the player applies its own EPG time adjustment. Record its current value before changing it. A device timezone correction combined with a manual guide adjustment can shift the schedule twice.
Compare two channels and note the program name, displayed start time, actual local time and timezone. If only one feed looks wrong, report that feed rather than moving the schedule for every channel. Restart or refresh the guide once after correcting a setting, following your player’s instructions.
Does an EPG mean catch-up is included?
No. A program schedule describes what is on; catch-up is the ability to play a past broadcast. Seeing yesterday’s program title does not establish that a replay is available.
Catch-up depends on the channel, service and player support. Ask about the exact channel and program before buying for replay access. This guide does not promise a replay window, recording feature or availability for any particular event.
What to send when the guide still looks wrong
Use the support channel linked from your original order. For an order from catchóntv.com, the contact page below connects you with this site’s team. Keep the existing setup available so support can compare it with your report.
- Device model, player name and version if available.
- Whether live video works and which channels have missing or incorrect listings.
- Program name, displayed time, your local time and timezone.
- What changed after one refresh or timezone correction.
- A screenshot cropped to hide passwords, server credentials and playlist URLs.
Your next step
